Georgia Tech LMS Pilot

Due to the aging nature of T-Square, Georgia Tech will undertake a campus-wide, information-gathering activity to explore today's learning management system (LMS) alternatives. The LMS Pilot Project will explore Georgia Tech’s LMS needs during the Spring 2016 semester. This project will utilize faculty and learner data-driven assessment of current and past LMS use in conjunction with focused studies of a range of LMS offerings. With technical support from the Office of the Provost and project teams consisting of members from C21U, GTPE, CETL, and OIT, Georgia Tech faculty advocates will pilot strategic LMS alternatives in Spring 2016 classes. This data-driven activity will enable Georgia Tech to better understand today's LMS landscape and the needs of faculty and students.
